The Full Story

Hello, I'm Sarah. My story starts in 2019 when I began my career in Women's health — a night-shift nurse in the heart of the pandemic, immersed in crisis, urgency, and survival. On the outside, I was doing the “important” work.  On the inside, I was deeply ungrounded, running on empty, and quietly unraveling. The burnout, the emotional weight, & the constant state of fight-or-flight left me disconnected from my body, my heart, and my sense of purpose.

I didn’t know it then, but I was experiencing a soul-level misalignment — one that Western medicine didn’t know how to name, much less heal.  My search for something deeper led me to the holy city of Rishikesh, where I studied yoga, energy work, Ayurvedic & Eastern medicine — not just as modalities, but as languages of reclaiming wholeness. I began learning (or rather un-learning) to regulate my nervous system, listen to my intuition, and began to see symptoms not as problems, but as messages.

As I healed, layer by layer, I discovered my truest essence — beneath the titles, the roles, the trauma, and the external noise.  Now, I strive to educate & empower women — blending evidence-based science with esoteric traditions & spiritual wisdom.  I hold space for others the way I once longed for someone to hold space for me: with compassion, reverence, and the belief that healing isn't about fixing — it’s sacred remembering.

Your body knows. Your soul remembers. Your truth is sacred.

Mission

Working with thousands of women over the years has led me to the realization that so many of us are living outside of ourselves — disconnected from our bodies, ignoring our intuition, pushing past pain, and silencing the quiet whispers of our truth.

We’ve been taught to perform, to produce, to prioritize others… and in the process, we’ve become strangers to our own bodies.

This disconnection shows up as chronic fatigue, anxiety, burnout, hormonal imbalances, emotional numbness, and a deep, quiet knowing that this isn’t how it’s meant to be.

My mission is to guide women back home to their bodies — to help them remember their inner wisdom, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim the sacred connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Through a blend of Eastern medicine, intuitive healing, supportive community, and embodied spiritual practices, I strive to foster a deep sense of inner peace & embracing your feminine power.

Vision

I envision a world where women feel safe in their bodies, clear in their truth, and rooted in their power.

Where healing is sacred, intuition is honored, & women have the tools to transform their reality in their journey towards awakening.

I imagine a collective rising of women who lead, love, and live from a place of deep embodiment and self-remembrance.

A world where women no longer abandon themselves — but return home, fully, to their bodies, their breath, and their becoming.
